Class Info:
You will need:
Knitting needles 4mm, double knit wool (any colour)
You will learn how to:
•knit with more that one colour,
•knit cables,
•read patterns
By the end of the class:
You will go home ready for more complicated projects
Class duration:
6 sessions x 1.5 hrs

This course will review the basics of knitting and introduce
alternative techniques:
•adding a new ball of yarn,
•knitting with colour,
•stripes,
•cast off, cast on,
•pattern reading,
•tension squares,
•button holes.
You will also be introduced to cable knitting. You can bring your own patterns or buy them from us.
We have a range of fabric, wool and haberdashery for sale to get you started on your chosen project.
All students will receive a 10% discount on materials purchased for the class.
